HBG HOLDINGS

HBG can acquire great deals on properties because we have the ability to act quickly and can close with cash on the seller’s timeline. Unlike other companies, we are vertically integrated with a sales acquisition arm (HBG Holdings), in house licensed general contractor (HBG Construction), and capital raising arm (HBG Capital).

HBG CONSTRUCTION

We manage all of our builds/renovations in house with our own construction company, HBG Construction LLC, limiting the risk of a bad contractor on our portfolio and building the homes much quicker than a traditional builder limiting market risk exposure. This aligns the builder’s incentivations directly with the investors.

HBG Capital is a vertically integrated real estate investment firm focused on the US Single Family Residential Market. HBG Capital provides investors with superior risk adjusted returns and downside principal protection by targeting high growth cities in the US with a focus on affordable new construction.
